Tomorrow, March 25, is Våffeldag in Sweden and in my kitchen. Blueberry, buttermilk, yeast... so many waffles and so few meals to celebrate eating them. My Aunt Millie used to add soda water to her waffle batter. Her waffles were crisp on the outside and light and fuffy on the inside. I think it is time to revisit Aunt Millie's waffle wisdom.
