Dirty Martini

A friend once stated that it is impossible to speak on a cellphone without looking like a fool.  That same friend later quipped that drinking a martini raised a person's cool quotient.  She wondered if the cool would neutralize the fool if a person on a cell drank a martini.  Is fool:cool ratio one to one, or is the mathematical formula more algebraic?

While you ponder your own fool:cool proportion, enjoy this cocktail.  Even if you are a fool, you'll no longer care after indulging in one of these.

Dirty Martini
6 ounces Bombay Gin
2 ounces dry vermouth
1 ounce pickling liquid from jarred green olives
Olives

Shake gin, vermouth, and olive juice with 7 ice cubes.  Strain into glass and garnish with olives.
