Tunnbrödrulle


Swedish hotdogs are often served with a wrap called tunnbröd (thinbread), and topped with mashed potatoes and quick-cured cucumbers.  Here is my version.  I added lots of dill and a few garden peas to the potatoes, topped the wiener with onion, relish (our cucumbers were out of commission), senap (good strong Swedish mustard) and ketchup.  Perfection.

Speaking of wieners, have you tried the official new Twins Dogs by Schweigert?  I prefer the Dugout Dog.
