Leftovers: Added to Red Sauce on Pasta

My quest for redoing what's been done had me stumble upon a pretty good idea. I added grilled vegetable salad to a tomato pasta sauce and the results were fantastic! And as Julia always said, "Never apologize for what you serve," I will refrain from apologizing for these questionable photos and watery sauce, and instead will post them with pride.

Grilled Vegetable Salad
Assemble your favorite vegetables and douse them with a good bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer smaller vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, or cut peppers; grill. Toss warm vegetables in large bowl with fresh mozzarella or other soft cheese, balsamic vinegar, and lots of fresh herbs.
