MFK Fisher and Simplicity

I first read M.F.K. Fisher about fifteen years ago. A foodie friend insisted I pick up a copy of Gastronomical Me and I was hooked immediately.This summer I've noticed M.F.K. references popping up everywhere. She is finally becoming a cultural icon, rather than just the queen of food writing. If you love good writing, you love M.F.K.
