Food Trucks: Foxy Falafel
To celebrate taking over the former Caribe space off of University Avenue and Raymond in St. Paul, last Friday Foxy Falafel brought her food truck to the neighborhood and we had ourselves a feast. Although I am a sucker for a good falafel, and Foxy definitely has them, it is the pickles that push the menu over the edge. Radish, turnips, cauliflower, cucs, etc. all up for dibs.
The space at 791 Raymond Avenue is nice: small and intimate. Before it housed Caribe it was Jay's, and before that it was Chet's (which has a special place in my heart as that was where T and I had our first date). Once Foxy officially moves in, wander around the corner after your meal for a cookie from St. Paul Classic Cookie.
