Buddha's Hand Citron
Like a bucket of Yoda's detached paws, the fruit was just too tempting to walk past. I had to bring each appendage up to my nose to get as close as possible to the fragrant lemon scent. The little shriveled fingers were irresistible. A mostly ornamental fruit with no pulp, the skin can be used as zest or candied. But at $10 a pop, we had to leave Buddha's Hands behind.
