Have Allspice and Will Travel

For my annual lutfisk fix I depend on the American Swedish Institute. But this year their construction means no Christmas dinner. Can any of you recommend a decent place in the Twin Cities where I can dine on lutfisk (or lutefisk to you Norwegian types!) and meatballs?
