Cucumber Melon Cocktail


T and I discovered this tasty cucumber soda at Surdyks.  Shake with ice, a jigger or two of melon vodka, and a generous squeeze of lime; serve in a chilled highball.  Welcome to Happy Hour!

I don't recommend drinking the soda by itself...you have to really love cucumber!

Great point frimp. Even a cuc-fiend like me needs to cut the sode with a good deal of lime.
