I'm as Corny as Minnesota in August

In Minnesota this summer our weather is as tropical as I've always imagined in the South Pacific.  What better musical to celebrate the pleasures of August?  T's beloved corn is reaching new heights.  He has counted five cobs; about three meals for we dainty eaters.  After last night's storm we have some water to clean up in the basement, but our produce is looking good after such a generous drink.  Have I mentioned the hot peppers?  They are too skinny to stuff with cheese and grill, and too special to throw into salsa.  Any ideas out there?
