Updates from the Cave

Am posting this from my hiding place while tooling away at my thesis (a.k.a. My Most Awesome Opus, a.k.a. My Quickly Deteriorating Dreams, a.k.a. One Week and This Is Done).  A classmate's husband said, "A finished thesis is better than a great thesis," and his words are my new mantra.
