Spring Lefse Making
As always, lefse making provides good lessons. This weekend's lesson was when the heat rises the dough gets too sticky to roll. Although we were prepared with two large batches of dough, our ballers, rollers, and lifters were only able to get through one. The second batch sat in the fridge for several hours but never set up.
