I. H. V. Monday: Reneging Cauliflower

In an earlier post I ranted about my dislike of cauliflower.  Today, I humbly admit I was wrong.  In my haste I forgot about the varieties that grow in my friends Neil and Mark's garden.  Purple, golden, red: some cauliflower is worthy of my taste buds.

Saturday we enjoyed pizza topped with asparagus and brie, and sausage and mushroom.  But the purple cauliflower and roasted winter squash pizza was beyond delicious.
