American Swedish Institute - Nordic Table Workshop: Modern Nordic Supper

An iconic Swedish supper is more than meatballs. Nordic food and meals have evolved through immigration and travel, and to address health, convenience and other needs. Inspired by Chef Nilsson’s The Nordic Cookbook, create custom versions of taco paj, Biff à la Lindström, Flying Jacob and strawberry dessert. Thumbing our noses at bottled condiments, we’ll make our own from scratch: juniper salt with caraway, mustard, and rémoulade with capers and garlic.
