Glad Kannelbullens Dag!



“When my kids were little I was a stay-at-home mom. My first duty was to make home-cooked food for the kids; and cinnamon buns, always cinnamon buns. Every day, when my sons came home from school they would ask for homemade cinnamon buns.”

I wasn’t surprised that my Swedish teacher acknowledged the importance of cinnamon buns in her family’s life. Ask most Swedes to name a baked goodie that epitomizes their homeland and they will choose cinnamon buns.
