Salsa Talk

Can you believe it has been twenty years since George and Jerry had the salsa-seltzer conversation? Some like it hot, others prefer mild. I've met people who can't stand cilantro and use parsley in their salsa. I've seen pureed salsa, and I've eaten it in chunks too large to fit on my nachos. I've had it with vinegar instead of lime juice. And I've determined: it's all good.
