Tomato, watermelon, and ahhhh...



ahhh-vacado...

Tomato and watermelon salad is about the most refreshing flavor that summer has to offer.

I like to use a cookie cutter to shape watermelon sections so that their size matches the tomato rounds. Add a bed of spinach, sliced avocado,
crumbled chèvre, mint and basil, and generous splashes of balsamic vinaigrette.
