Destiny and the Triple Crème


Finding or creating the perfect cheese plate and cheese pairings are important pursuits. In the Twin Cities we have about half a dozen cheese shops that I gladly drive across town to visit. Last Friday we stopped at one my favorites and talked all things fromage with one of the knowledgeable mongers. After tasting buttery Crémeux de Bourgogne (easily the best triple crème ever) I immediately knew the destiny of the wedge that came home with me. Slathered on radishes, this brie surpasses all other flavors I enjoyed this week.
