Best April Eats


My sister-in-law is a pastry artist and magician.  Her desserts are as beautiful as they are delicious.  Last month she delighted us with this chocolate and butterscotch cheese cake.  The crust was a surprise of chocolate brownies.  Next she unveiled an enormous fruit tart, shiny from a lacquer of apricot preserves and creamy from just the right amount of white chocolate. Eat this and you get a full serving of fruit with each slice!
