Feasting the Czech Way

Attended brilliant dinner party Saturday night and enjoyed a beautiful, hearty meal as friends recreated their favorite Czech Republic foods.  But first, we did an apple comparison.  Fireside beat it's grandparent Connal Red.

Bubalina (tart cherry cake flavored with amaretto)
and cream whipped with lemon zest and Limoncello)
